Here is an updated draft of my book (Tucker 11/12/2009 book manuscript draft). Given my allegations of historically unprecedented abuses of executive power (that no US judge would have approved) by the Bush & Obama administrations, are supported by unequivocal evidence, and these crimes would “shock the conscience” of all Americans, the evidence overwhelmingly indicates that 100% of my communications continue to be intercepted & my blog is being censored by the US military, which appears intent on covering-up the US use of unprecedented “War Powers” to commit (& cover-up) “War Crimes” against American families, whose members expressed political views that the Bush administration warranted punishment with practices imported from Nazi-Germany & Communist regimes.
I’m in the midst of reorganizing my book, so please excuse the current disorganization.
To reiterate the basics, I am the only person on Earth to accurately document that the Bush administration had, for years, secretly been claiming dictatorial power (literally), as was revealed to the public on 3/2/2009 in Pres. Bush’s “secret legal memos” from (October 23,2001) “Authority for Use of Military Force To Combat Terrorist Activities Within the US”).
My “theory” that explained & predicted the unprecedented executive powers revealed above (e.g. suspension of 1st Amendment & domestic use of military) was initially sketched out months before Congress learned about US blacklisting of ideologically “impure” (see On page 283 in, “REINING IN THE IMPERIAL PRESIDENCY: Lessons and Recommendations Relating to the Presidency of George W. Bush,” House Committee on the Judiciary Majority Staff Report to Chairman John Conyers, Jr. January 13, 2009), or the American public learned that Hitler’s “Fuehrerprinzip” (i.e. anything is legal if the dictator desires it) was described in Pres. Bush’s declassified secret legal memos that, in these writing: “Greetings from "Para-Constitutional Exile!” (11/27/2008 blog), “Joseph Goebbels... Inverted (12/01/2008 blog), Tucker letter to Chairs of Senate Intelligence (Feinstein) & Judiciary (Leahy) Committees (faxed earlier on 3/2/2009, before the declassification of Pres. Bush’s secret memos).
It was not a lucky guess, by my scientific theory that was inductively developed from empirical reality of my experience, as described in the following letters (none of which have been responded to): Bank of America (1/5/2008), US Dept. of Justice (11/2008 & 1/9/2009; postal & phone logs confirming receipt), Apple Inc. (12/2008 joint letters from Chris & Dr. Brian Tucker), Sprint-Nextel (12/15/08, 12/29/08 & 2/6/2009 & redacted emails from May 2009), COMCAST (12/19/2008), Dell Computer (12/31/2008), Tucker’s UAW Union Representatives (01/03/2009), UC-Berkeley Legal Counsel (01/18/2009), Radioshack (2/2/2009), California’s Attorney General Jerry Brown (2/9/2009), and many more.
Without my theory, the above letters would appear to describe a litany of unrelated, uncoordinated violations & abuses, which were nonetheless, too statistically improbable to be random, and in fact, could only be explained if Pres. Bush had claimed dictatorial power without the knowledge of Congress, and was using it to dehumanize & exterminate political opponents with a hybrid of Nazi & communist practices, adapted to US cutting edge technical capacity, and “war powers,” to legally coerce (i.e. terrorize) citizens to facilitate & cover-up “war crimes” against their brothers, sisters, sons, patients, neighbors, friends, etc. In short, Pres. Bush’s declassified legal memos simply confirmed what I had already proved, unequivocally.
The US obviously concurred that my allegations were irrefutable, as indicated by the fact that that it vaporized or “cleansed” US government records of my initial letter the US Dept. of Justice (11/2008 & 1/9/2009). Clicking on that letter, pleading that the USDOJ cease the systematic violations of the US Constitution, also includes my phone logs from 3/31/2009, when I was told the US had no record of that letter, which contradicted this postal confirmation receipt that the USDOJ did receive these letters on 1/21/2009. The fact that 0% of my thousands of subsequent communications have been responded to is categorical proof that the US knows my claims to be true, and is censoring all my communications, and has effectively isolated me in a totalitarian “networked Gulag,” after subjecting me- for years- to the new US “networked torture & extermination” process, which I guarantee is worse than any gang rape or temporally circumscribed “harsh interrogation” tactics (i.e. torture), because those dehumanized victims often have a life to return to, and friends/family awaiting to comfort them after their traumatic experience. Inspired by the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, I am hoping to escape to freedom & defect to a genuinely democratic country, which respects each individual’s rights, regardless of their political views.

Although the continuing 100% non-response rate to my 100’s of communications to a vast & diverse population of governmental and non-governmental entities, and personal friends & family, sent since Jan. 2009, indicates the US military censors are intercepting these communications to you, I continue to write you all both to:
1) Share irrefutable evidence of Impeachable offenses & US “War Crimes” against US citizens- reclassified as the legal equivalent of an “invading army” (i.e. no legal rights) because of their partisan political criticism, and that some of elected (and appointed) US officials, have used US tax dollars to brutally victimize these American families, with practices used by Nazi-Germany & Communist regimes.
2) Request your support helping me & my family, as victims of these crimes, obtain justice, and raise public awareness of the unprecedented abuses of power & use of US military to manipulate the democratic process.
Americans have the right to empirical facts, which unequivocally prove that- for the most ignoble reasons- Presidents Bush & Obama have claimed “secret dictatorial war powers” (i.e. suspending the US Constitution) & used US tax dollars to both commit & cover-up the most brutal military attacks on partisan enemies, free speech & press, and the democratic process in US history. Top US officials in both administration have knowingly diverted national security resources away from protecting Americans, and authorized US military/intelligence to suspend all legal rights of Americans who, like Jews in Nazi-Germany – have been mercilessly persecuted, dehumanized, stripped of property, terrorized, humiliated, and discredited to friends, family, community with forged records/communications & rumors disseminated by US agents, just like communist regimes do to dissidents, and J. Edgar Hoover’s FBI did to civil rights activists (e.g. Martin Luther King Jr. & many unknown victims for decades).
In addition to blacklisting, and denying partisan “enemies” all means of survival, the US resorted to one of one of the most horrific practices of totalitarian dictatorships (e.g. Nazi-Germany, USSR & China), and has aggressively induced (via coercion, deception & bribing) friends, family members, doctors, colleagues, state & local law enforcement to facilitate (and cover-up) the abuse of these victims. In short, not only have an unknown number of American Democrats & Republicans been forced to suffer like terrorized sub-human animals, and had their lives, careers, reputations permanently destroyed, like Jews trying to escape persecution in Nazi-Germany, the US has coerced friends, families, and countless members of American communities to violate their conscience, betray- and facilitate- the political violence against those they care about, and the protection of the most powerful US officials, who betrayed their trust, abused executive power, and squandered their tax dollars on criminal operations victimizing themselves or those they love.
By every conceivable measure, the despotic acts of inhumane, unconstrained tyranny described above: are categorically inimical to the most sacrosanct, uncontested values that unite all American (& democratic societies), desecrate the letter (& spirit) of US Constitutional pillar, federal law, and eviscerates the most universally supported international laws (e.g. Universal Declaration of Human Rights). Indeed, a majority of the King George’s despotic acts of tyranny cited as grievances in the Declaration of Independence by America’s Founding Fathers, were identical to those against me & my family, which I’ve copiously documented in my book (see link to Nov. 02, 2009 draft of my 350 pg. manuscript presentation w/ links to 1000’s of pages of evidence). Indeed, the “Bill of Rights”- listing inalienable rights & liberties- was enshrined in the US’ founding Constitutional document to permanently protect Americans from such decadent, wanton attacks on their liberty.
The defining character of Americans- individually & collectively- is their unequivocal support for certain liberties necessary for their democratic self-government of equals (i.e. “rule of law,” not men), and the US has historically used its military & economic power to oppose dictatorial regimes that do not respect fundamental freedoms & human rights of its citizens (e.g. Nazi-Germany, Imperial Japan, USSR, & China). Thus, it is sin according to every religion and an abominable betrayal that unprecedented “war powers,” secretly justified as necessary to fighting intolerant, totalitarian tyrants (e.g. Sadam Hussein) & terrorists (e.g. Taliban & Al Qaeda) were actually used to strip US citizens of all their rights (property, Constitutional & human), and persecute (with the intent to murder) innocent Americans, who were secretly subjected to the horrific tyranny, from which the Bush administration was allegedly liberating oppressed Iraqis & Afghanis.
Unlike “crimes against humanity” committed during the confusion & stress of battle (e.g. US Soldiers charged with “My Lai Massacre”), the Bush (& Obama) administration (& CIA/Military), like Adolf Hitler, authorized meticulously planned military operations to secretly dehumanize, discredit/defame, psychologically torture (punitively), socially segregate, and strategically deny access to biological/medical necessities, non-violent, innocent human-beings, because of their ethnicity or beliefs, with the intent of permanently eliminating them (i.e. ethnic/ideological “cleansing” of society). Nazi-Germany had thoroughly dehumanized, socially segregated, and financially destroyed Jews before sending them to Concentration/Death Camps, and could have systematically exterminated many without “gassing” them, but simply continuing to deprive them of biological/medical necessities until 1945, and the US would certainly have still prosecuted Nazis for “crimes against humanity.”
Analogously, disregarding the US-engineered psychological abuse, defamation, stigmatizing humiliation & social isolation, the evidence clearly shows that the Bush administration covertly coordinated violations (2006-present) that were intended to- and would have- exterminated me biologically by March 10th, 2008 at the latest, if I had not partly foiled one meticulously planned (& expert/attorney witness-confirmed) operation on 2/1/08. As a PhD student, my limited resources were quickly depleted in 2006, and my last $1100 of credit was simply stolen in mid-2007 at the behest of impatient US officials, after which I was illegally denied access to all forms of government assistance, and if not for the aid of family, I would have died before or soon after March 2008. The aggressiveness of the Bush administration’s covertly induced abuses, incapacitating cyber-/communications (& psychological) warfare, property damage, and medical abuse only escalated in intensity, obviously desperate to permanently eliminate me until their last days in office, using in every way imaginable except overt murder, which would’ve raised suspicions given that I had informed many people that I would likely be killed & my evidence destroyed.
Thus, just as people are convicted of attempted murder when their premeditated plans are executed with knowledge their acts will likely result in the death of their actions, the top officials in the Bush & Obama administration are equally guilty of attempted murder & torture for the coordinated actions that would have killed me, had a relative not extended my life by providing me my current- albeit inhumane- conditions, similar to those that were taken from Anne Frank. In other words, though the Nazis did not overtly murder Anne Frank (& many other Jews), no one denies that Nazi-Germany caused her death, and imprisoned her family, de facto, in the inhumane conditions she suffered in Amsterdam, where they hid, un-free, in an isolated secret attic. Similarly, just as the US granted political asylum to the family of the Chinese political dissident, Gao Zhisheng, because of their “unofficial & covert captivity” by the Chinese government, the US officials are morally & legally responsible for the covertly premeditated actions that- with 100% certainty- would subject me to inhumane conditions that caused my ill health & loss of 90 lbs. in one year, and would have killed me, if I had not escaped death like Anne Frank’s family had for some time.
Therefore, Pres. Bush & Obama (or those responsible for crimes vs. me) are just as morally & legally culpable for subjecting me to conditions identical to that brought about the death of Jews in Nazi-Germany, and just as the US dismissed Nazi racial laws & legal defenses of officers who’re “just following orders,” as inherently invalid, and prosecuted Nazis for “crimes against humanity,” US officials should be prosecuted for the covertly coordinated acts that subjected me (& possibly 1000’s of innocent Americans) to the same inhumane conditions as Nazi-Jews. Similarly, US officials or agents cannot credibly claim “secret laws,” “following orders,” or some ethereal “national security interest” justifies acts taken to facilitate (or cover-up) the extermination, torture, and/or permanent harm of innocent Americans & their families. Using “war powers” & military resources for targeted attacks- however covert- against non-violent citizens is inherently indefensible, legally & morally, regardless of how many die. While Sadam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and King George, all justified such acts as necessary to “national security,” President Bush (or Obama) cannot plausible justify wars against others for these crimes, while simultaneously authorizing attacks on US citizens for the same “national security” reasons. At least some of those tyrants could credibly claim that some nationals supported armed rebellion. The US would not have engaged in such an intensive discrediting operation if it believed I was a criminal, spy, or genuine “threat.” Just as we judge premeditated one-time murderers/rapers as slightly less repugnant as serial killers/rapist, and expect governments to treat & protect all citizens equally, if they attempt to exterminate/murder innocent citizens, we are repulsed in proportion to the quantity of humans they dehumanize & tortured. While, on the one hand, Pres. Bush & Obama may not have authorized the dehumanizing abuse, extermination & torture of as many Americans as the Jews victimized by Hitler, on the other hand, Hitler did not haughtily lecture others about his unrivaled commitment to liberty, freedom, democracy & human rights. Thus, the legal “secret” crimes of Pres. Bush & Obama (or US officials acting w/ authority to attack me) are identical to- but fewer than- Hitler’s, their acts are exponentially more immoral, just as Priests who rape children, or the Rev. Ted Haggard’s “secret” crimes, which are exponentially more reprehensible because of the fact that he had risen power to lead 30 million right-wing Christians by condemning the sins of others that he lusted for- and committed- behind closed doors.
Not only are the abuses documented in my book categorically inimical to all Supreme Court precedent, all US & international laws, and the values expressed by leaders of every democratic country, the UN, and every US official during the past half-century, but the actions & words of US agents (actus reas) coordinating my persecution, reveal that those responsible knew they were illegal & immoral (i.e. mens rea: standard common law test of criminal liability for acts by one with a “guilty mind”). In other words, these Bush administration officials, not only knew that these acts categorically violated the values shared by all Americans (& they publicly trumpeted), and all legal precedent, they knew that these atrocities, which dozens of Americans were induced to facilitate (and cover-up) on behalf of the US, were illegal, even if one accepted the logic in Pres. Bush’s subsequently repudiated “secret legal memos” (e.g. forgetting that my UC-Berkeley colleague, Prof. John Yoo neglected to justify ignoring reigning legal precedent for 1st Amendment cases, historical cases of US detaining anti-war protesters during WWI, or the Japanese-Americans during WWII, these violations were temporally circumscribed, and the law was overtly used; I was not even an “activist,” and my political speech never advocated illegal acts that would (or did) interfere with the “war effort;” moreover, the US military operation intended to cause me permanent harm & death)
Quite simply, the immensity of the US effort to cover-up the inherently un-American, inhumane brutality that I’ve been subjected to, reveal that some top Bush administration (& US intelligence) officials have values & priorities that disgust 99.9% of Americans, but, like the leader of right-wing Christian Evangelicals Rev. Ted Haggard (busted having gay sex & doing drugs w/ prostitute), these “public servants” thought that nobody would discover the secret moral & legal atrocities they committed with orgiastic fervor, and terrorized, tricked &/or bribed dozens (if not hundreds) of law-abiding decent citizens to violate their conscience, religious & moral values, and participate in these war crime atrocities. Moreover, in contrast to the hackneyed refrain justifying abuses of suspected terrorists, these same US officials clearly knew that US security would be harmed by diverting resources to operations to systematical humiliate & exterminate an innocent American on Pres. Bush’s “enemies list.” In other words, these US officials subordinated American security, the economy & the most sacrosanct national values & laws, to their own personal egos, which they had obviously believed were more important than the national interest or bi-partisan families they destroyed in order to subjugate their imagined sub-human nemeses- qua torture-monkey.
In conclusion, I will simply remind readers that the threat of- and actual- terrorist attacks did not begin with the 9/11 attacks, and Americans never suspected or desired to be subjects of a military dictatorships in which Congress & the Constitution remained toothless relics for TV (so-called) journalism. Indeed, after the 1st terrorist bombing in NYC, the GOP-controlled Congress impeached Pres. Clinton for perjury related to his consensual affair with Monica Lewinsky, and vociferously reaffirmed their belief in the sanctity of the “rule of law.” Pres. Nixon resigned in disgrace as a symbolic pariah of abuse of “national security powers,” which were comparatively trivial compared to the abuses of dictatorial power that Pres. Bush & Obama have committed for the most ignoble, un-American objectives. And like Monica Lewinsky, I realized that I was ensnared by an epic political conspiracy/scandal, which had more to do with where I was (UC-Berkeley) and who I knew (Pres. Bush’s anti-terror architect & Sec. Rumsfeld protégé) then what I said or did. Unlike Pres. Clinton’s apparently impeachable crime related to his private conduct, the impeachable “War Crimes” against me, reveal a gaping rip in the fabric of American democracy, victimized dozens of Americans, and -though the public, Congress & the media remain unaware that- my case has undeniably had significant political repercussions before & since the candidate I supported, Pres. Obama, took office. Indeed, had I not been under 24-hour cyber assault & incapacitated, the US 2008 election results would’ve been if I had been able to publish my evidence, and if not for Pres. Obama’s (or his CIA/FBI Gestapo/KGB) coercive silencing of witnesses, and continued censorship & US-enforced “networked Gulag,” I would not have to listen to the US Chamber of Commerce, Fox News, & Miss California whine about their non-existent persecution of “hell fire,” as a consequence of liberal oppression & Obama’s “enemies list,” and Americans would learn the truth about US officials- that would be disgraced & never elected again- for using their tax dollars to fund totalitarian military attacks on innocent Americans, coercing citizens- GOP & Democrats- to commit (& cover-up) crimes against humanity.
Because I did not have a rich “daddy” & his wealthy & politically powerful friends to bend rules & hold my hand, I had to work my a** off to reach the apex of athletic & academic excellence, and am confident that I am the intellectual & ethical superior to Pres. Bush by any measure, and was on a path not dissimilar to Pres. Obama’s at my age. But my life, dreams, family, dignity, reputation have been brutally destroyed because I expressed unpalatable ideas (or was too supercilious) that caused some Bush administration official suffering from delusions of grandeur & the “God complex,” to conclude that I must be annihilated by the US military, erased from social memory & human community. As indicated by samples of concrete evidence of US crimes dwarfing Watergate below (e.g. US erasing evidence of War Crimes from their computers), and the cutting-edge “networked Gulag,” which has completely isolated me communicatively & socially from my family, friend, colleagues, media, elected officials, legal representation, etc., I remain effectively- albeit unofficially- detained by the US military as a sub-human political prisoner (Orwellian “Un-person”).
Obviously, I cannot run for Congress if the US censors all my communications & refuses to consider me worthy of the legal-status of human beings, like all the infamous serial killers (Jeffrey Dahmer, Charles Manson, etc.), terrorist suspects, neo-Nazi Holocaust museum killers, and illegally-alien child-molesters, whose rights have been respected. But if the US stops claiming “war powers” to hide decadent “war crimes,” and I was elected US president in the future, I would never secretly proclaim myself Lord of the universe and reclassify specific Americans as sub-human “enemies” because of their political speech, however repugnant. I am- and would be- confident that I could intellectually decimate ideological opponents and that I would adapt my beliefs to account for new data or better arguments. If someone accused me of being a totalitarian tyrant, I would let my actions prove them wrong, rather than secretly attack them with tactics borrowed from the Nazis & Communists, with the hope that the US military could kill them, coerce witnesses & forge records to cover up such un-American atrocities. For decades, you have been my best (and only remaining true) friends in MN. Matt & I were in the same 1st grade glass at Poplar Bridge. I was honored to be the “best man” in James’ wedding.
As you know, I have brutally dehumanized, discredited & persecuted in retaliation for my political criticism of the Bush administration, since 2006. Indeed, I fled CA and came to MN because I had received death threats, escaped attempted murder, endured punitive torture tactics, had my career (& my reputation) destroyed. I had been illegally depleted of all financial resources, or means of income (work or government assistance/unemployment, etc.). Denied all means of survival & isolated (socially & communicatively), I left CA because I knew that I had friends like you three in MN, and I needed trusted allies who cared about me, and would confirm the evidence irrefutably proved the Bush administration had been attacking political enemies with the US military & using tactics imported from Nazi-Germany & communist regimes.
Of course, I turned to you three for support when I arrived in MN on 11/30/2008. Naturally, Matt & Paul came to my aid with the intent of developing a strategic plan of action to help my escape the injustice, abuse and get my life back. Though you both confirmed the evidence supported my claims, it was late & we arranged a future meeting to discuss my options.
That meeting never took place, and as I feared, my three best friends in MN ceased communicating with me. Clearly, you three would not voluntarily abandon your old friend. Obviously, like an ever-expanding population of Americans who’ve seen my evidence, the US threatened you with serious legal punishment if you communicated with me & issued you a non-disclosure order, ‘gagging’ you from speaking to anyone (including your family, I presume) about the US military’s totalitarian extermination & torture of innocent Americans, like myself, whose political speech offended some US official who was intoxicated with the unlimited executive power that was being used without the knowledge of Congress, let alone the public.
As an attorney for Wells Fargo, Paul confirmed that there was no conceivable way my abuse was somehow “legal.” Thus, I am sure he was shocked to learn what his professors in law school never imagined possible; namely, that the Bush administration had “secretly” claim to possess the legal “war power” to suspend all laws & the US Constitution, and “secretly legalize” the extermination of innocent Americans who they found disagreeable.
In addition to the un-American use of “war powers” to commit “war crimes” against innocent Americans & families, dictatorial powers have been used to cover-up these crimes against humanity, which is why you were legally coerced to remain silent, cease communication with me. Despite paying taxes, working hard and playing by the rules, we have all been victimized. Just as in the USSR, and Nazi-Germany, you have been forced to betray one of your oldest friends leaving me to suffer in virtual isolation (a tactic used to psychologically destroy terrorist detainees), just as my family has been destroyed & unable to communicate. In other words, dictatorial powers have forced you to participate in the dehumanizing abuse of your friend, and facilitate the US military-coordinated deception of US voters & taxpayers, effectively denying them the opportunity to vote for elected officials who truly share their values, respect the Constitution, and would never authorize US military attacks on- & destroy- the life of a family members for expressing their political views.
While you have only sampled a portion, I have experienced nearly every empirical manifestation of life as a subject of a totalitarian dictatorship. As documented in my book (manuscript drafts are updated daily on my blog, http://paraconstitutionalexile.blogspot.com), I am American political prisoner in “unofficial networked Gulag,” enforced by the US military. I am what George Orwell termed an “Un-person,” who has been eliminated from society, the social memory, and- unlike the most notorious criminals & terrorist supporters on death row- the US refuses to acknowledge my legal status as a human-being. I would have been murdered if my mom had not agreed to donate food & shelter. It is not to protect some vital national security interest, but to protect the powerful men from the prosecution & PR damage that would result once their wanton desecration of American values, tax dollars, and anti-terror resources was exposed to the public. Exterminate the innocent & protect the powerful, regardless what the Constitution says. That is the real America. In sum, you have been some of the first to participate in the US military’s annihilation of the “American Dream.” I’ve included a sample of proof that there no more equality before the law, when all laws can be suspended, and the US military can discredit victims, and destroy evidence of decadent politically-motivated crimes by arrogant US officials, who’ve never known what it is to be accountable. They are the new class of invincible “super-men.”
In case you’re unaware that obstructing justice is a serious crime, see “Obstruction of justice: an overview of some of the federal statutes that prohibit interference with judicial, executive, or legislative activities.” Congressional Research Service (CRS) Reports and Issue Briefs | December 1, 2007| (http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/RL34303.pdf). The postal receipt above confirm that my letter summarizing years of abuse (link to my letter sent Jan. 09, 2009 & conspicuously arrived 11 days later on 1st day of Pres. Obama’s term) was in the possession of the USDOJ before miraculously being vaporized from US records. The US has neither acknowledged or denied the allegations (or the disappearance of evidence) in hundreds of letters, emails, and faxes that I have sent subsequently.
Though the evidence supporting my allegations (see above) is irrefutable, and- given the 100% non-response rate from all friends, family, US officials- I have no reason to believe that you will respond (you’ve not responded to dozens of communications sent to you in nearly a year), I send this email both in case you are receiving my communications, but also in order to increase the statistical validity of the quantitative analysis of my communications (e.g. increases robustness of the current 100% non-response rate). Given that emails can be (and have been) spoofed, you can confirm that the US has terminated my “communicative Gulag,” by calling me & coming over to discuss my potential Congressional campaign (another right I cannot exercise w/o my basic legal rights or ability to communicate w/ friends & family). Though you have not even emailed, I will assume any email from you is spoofed, so call & visit to confirm in person.
If I do not hear from you as expected, just remember that your tax dollars pay the salaries of those who authorized the most brutal attack on academic freedom & free speech in US history. And your tax dollars & votes empowered those who coerced you (i.e. state-terror) to participate in the brutal dehumanizing abuse of your friend, and the on-going cover-up that betrays American values & citizens.
You should be clear that there are only two possible outcomes to my “predicament.” I will be killed or my story will be exposed. In addition to censoring my communications and coercively silencing people like you, the US has aggressively relied upon two other strategies that are unsustainable: 1) subjecting me to psychological torture tactics & abuse (e.g. isolating me from friends/family) w/ the intent of inducing suicide, and 2) attempting to dupe me into believing that I am better off just shutting up, and becoming a farmer or something. The latter is not really a long-term strategy. In sum, so long as I exist, I will remain a threat to those so desperately trying to cover-up these crimes that would “shock the conscience” of 99.9% of American citizens. The US can delay the inevitable, but not avoid the unavoidable.
Given that either of these two cataclysmic outcomes will permanently alter (or end) my life, I wanted to say the following: 1) I will never commit suicide (as in the movies, the discrediting narrative in records & minds of those duped by rumors/spoofed communications is in place to dismiss my death as a the result of my psychological dissolution; the fact that the US continues to prevent me from challenging- or obtain- forged records, and has refused to acknowledge my legal-status as human- let alone citizen- only reaffirms that the US’ obvious intention is for me to disappear in a way that appears accidental or self-induced), 2) I’d appreciate any covert & untraceable attempts to get my case to the media, since I’m effectively isolated in unofficial ‘home captivity’ & a “communicative Gulag.”
Now you know the turmoil that decent Germans went through when confronted with the risk of helping Jews attempting to escape extermination in Nazi-Germany. The US is betting that you will act just like Germans whose silence enabled the dehumanization & extermination of innocent human beings. Do not fool yourself into believing that your inaction is any different.
I have no idea how anyone else’s life is going, but I hope it is well, and that you know my life has been a living nightmare for nearly four years, every second of every single day. There was no “solution.” My choices were suicide, death by starvation, or the one I chose, which has been to struggle to survive with the hope that one day the truth will be exposed, and that I would get my dignity & life back.

I fear there is no hope that my basic human rights will be respected, given that I have received no meaningful response from the numerous letters that I have written you, which document the unprecedented abuses that the US has subjected me & my family to, including several unambiguous violations of my (so-called) inalienable rights, protected by the US Constitution & the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. By every conceivable scientific & legal measure, never in US history has the US military (i.e. “secret war powers” & US intelligence) been used to subject an innocent American to the punitive (non-investigative) dehumanizing abuse & attempted extermination that I have suffered in retaliation for my political criticism. Indeed, there is no legal concept that describes my status in American culture (or any genuine democratic country’s culture). However, I discovered the term that describes my mistreatment & sub-human legal status in George Orwell’s novel, 1984. I have been & continue to be a sub-human “Un-person.” My property, legal & political rights have been stripped, and I would have died in March 2008. I am only alive because one family member has donated food & housing. Apparently, the US has decided to exterminate me so that the egos & reputations of those responsible remain protected.
Although I have illustrated on my blog (& in my book manuscript) how the US has improved upon Communist China’s methods for concealing its suppression & torture of dissidents, it is simpler to illustrate unambiguous, objective violations of my rights. Below are two unambiguous legal rights, followed by evidence of that shows these rights have been violated.
1. a. Evidence of US obstruction of justice: the summary of brutal US violations of my rights was confirmed sent 1/0/09 and confirmed received on 1/21/09. One 3/31/2009, I was informed by a US Dept. of Justice official that this evidence did not exist in the US records (i.e. it has been erased). Although I faxed & emailed additional copies of this evidence, and 100’s of letters/faxes/emails, documenting my abuse, I have not received a single response. The destruction of evidence is a serious crime & could only be erased with impunity by some unknown “war power,” which was claimed to cover-up previous war crimes & torture of me. In sum, the US has exhibited that it does not respect my legal status as a human- let alone US citizen.
2. Objective legal right from the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, “Article 12: Each State Party shall ensure that its competent authorities proceed to a prompt and impartial investigation, wherever there is reasonable ground to believe that an act of torture has been committee in any territory under its jurisdiction.”
a. Evidence my rights defined in Article 12 have been violated: as described above, the US has refused to acknowledge, deny or investigate any of my allegations of abuse constituting torture, despite 100’s of communications
Am I correct to assume that the UN is powerless to help me since the US secretly classified me as the legal equivalent of a Jew in Nazi-Germany, or animals killed because they disturbed a human? Please inform me whether I must die of starvation in violation of US & UN law, or is there anyone that will advocate for me, as I have been denied the right to legal representation since 2006. Of course, like the Chinese communists, all of my mistreatment is “unofficial,” which is why I’ve used the scientific method to prove with 100% certainty that ONLY the US could have coordinated my abuse (and the US’ refusal to deny my allegations is implicit admission of guilt) & coerced the silence of witnesses, terrorizing many friends & family, all of whom have been unable to communicate with me for many months.

Dear Matt Holz ,
We are writing you because you are a lifelong friend, and we urgently need your help. Your actions could save our lives, literally. Our family continues to suffer extra-legal, horrific injustices that are not supposed to happen in the US. Indeed, your firmly held beliefs will be contradicted by irrefutable facts, which Chris’ documents in his book (10/16/09 300pg. manuscript draft, updated daily on his blog http://paraconstitutionalexile.blogspot.com).
However incomprehensible, it is an undeniable fact that since 2006, the US targeted Chris with the most brutal covert, non-investigatory, military operation in US history, in retaliation for his vocal criticism of the Bush administration’s policies. While unthinkable to 99.9% of Americans, the US’ merciless persecution of Chris was the reason that he was the only person (on earth!) to accurately document (months before Congress discovered on 3/2/09) that Pres. Bush was secretly claiming executive powers: a) to suspend the 1st Amendment (free speech), b) treat US citizens as the legal equivalent of enemy armies (i.e. no rights), and c) use the military domestically. These secret legal memos justified unprecedented (indeed, totalitarian) executive powers, circumvented the US Constitution, and disingenuously “legalized” the same type of illegal covert operations that J. Edgar Hoover’s FBI conducted to discredit, intimidate, sabotage & allegedly murder key civil rights advocates/organizations- from the 1950’s-1970’s.
The smartest amongst you did not rely on ideology, & confirmed the evidence irrefutably supports the following claims:
1. By secretly reclassifying Chris’ as the legal equivalent of a terrorist (i.e. no property, Constitutional or human rights), the US executed a covert China/Soviet-style ideological “cleansing,” purging him from UC-Berkeley, destroyed his academic career (e.g. fabricated documents, illegal firing), and subjected him to a brutally dehumanizing, humiliating abuses & conditions, which he could not challenge & were intended to discredit him to colleagues, friends & family.
2. These US abuses constitute attempted murder & torture (in addition to countless lesser crimes).
3. In order to cover-up Chris’ abuse, the US has suspended his right of Habeas Corpus (right to legally challenge his abuse), as have all his rights- as a US citizen & human being, including his right to legal representation.
4. US coerced Tucker family friends to participate in cover-up of abuse (i.e. US non-disclosure order), which Chris has been forced to suffer in isolation. For example, after confirming the evidence in person, Chris’ best friends in MN (Paul Mussell & Matt Holz) were coerced by the US to cease communications & remain silent about Chris’ abuse. Our best family friends of 30 yrs. (J. & J. Beemster) have been coerced to remain silent & withhold support (e.g. sign letter protesting Tucker family’s abuse).
The US actions since Jan. 2009 confirm unambiguously that US knows Chris’ allegations are valid, and has opted to cover-up his abuse, by continuing to deprive Chris of his rights to Habeas Corpus, and legal representation- without which all other rights are meaningless. Indeed, after receiving Chris’ letter documenting numerous abuses on 01/20/2009 (confirmed by postal receipts), the USDOJ wiped this letter from the USDOJ records (confirmed on 3/31/09 by USDOJ official, who denied any record of letter existed). Despite sending 100’s of subsequent letters with unequivocal evidence (including resubmissions of the original letter several times), and numerous phone calls since Jan. 2009 (to the USDOJ & the Inspector General, elected officials, Pres. Obama, the media, friends & family), the only governmental entity to respond at all was the CIA, which asked the local police check to confirm whether Chris had starved to death yet! It is an undeniable fact that the USDOJ could only destroy evidence of US abuse (e.g. attempted murder/torture) of a US citizen (Chris), who had been stripped of his fundamental Constitutional, human & property rights.
While Chris’ has suffered unspeakably cruelty that he’s been unable to challenge, several other tax-paying, law-abiding US citizens have also been victimized by US state-terrorism. Our family has been traumatized. Chris’ been prevented with communicating with any family, except his mother, Barb, who saved his life, by housing & feeding him (at a cost of $40,000) after he was illegally: denied any form of employment, depleted of finances, and denied any form of government assistance (e.g. unemployment, food stamps, etc.), while being subjected to various forms of US-coordinated intimidation, terror & abuses. Doctors have been coerced to denied Chris treatment &/or fabricate discrediting records. Some of our best friends have been coerced to remain silent & cease communication with us after confirming evidence of US non-investigatory brutality. While some of you are have learned the truth, most of you are likely unaware of how you have been victimized and/or used to harm us. Of course, any decent person would come to the aid of a friend victimized. Yet you are unaware that messages in your name may have been spoofed , with intent of deceiving or psychologically breaking Chris down, so he’d quit fighting for justice (e.g. torture tactic used to convince no one cares about target). Chris had invested 7 years & $100,000 into a career that was destroyed on the whim of a US official who did not like his criticism. He has had his reputation destroyed, and spent nearly 4 years in a totalitarian hell, which he could only escape via suicide. After suffering years of aggressive cyber-attacks & interference w/ his communications, since early spring 2009, the US has enforced an impenetrable “communicative & social Gulag,” and forced Chris to suffer in total isolation, uncertain whether his rights will ever be restored, or whether he’ll be “accidentally” assassinated to ensure his story is never exposed. His career, reputation, finances, dignity, humanity, friendships & family have all been brutally decimated, and like Jews in Nazi-Germany, he’s been denied the right to do anything but suffer the abuse.
It should be clear that we are in desperate need of your assistance. You could literally save our lives, and your failure to act could cause responsible for continued unimaginable suffering, if not one (or both) of our deaths. While it is common to consult your cognitive repertoire for similar problems & solutions, the evidence is irrefutable that our predicament is literally unprecedented, and only truly cruel people (or those paid to be disingenuous) would flippantly disregard or downplay the severity of brutality & injustice our family has endured, or unthinkingly suggest solutions, which have been categorically eliminated as unavailable (e.g. right to Habeas Corpus & legal counsel have been denied).
According to Chris’ qualitative & quantitative analysis, it is unlikely that you’ll even receive this. But if you do, please act in a manner commensurate with the severity of our desperation (4 years of abuse!). Unless the US miraculously restores Chris’ rights, our hope for justice and a future worth living will depend on political action, and getting our story to the media. Clearly, 99.9% of Americans would be vehemently opposed to their tax dollars being spent on attacking- rather than protecting- innocent citizens because of their political beliefs. Americans are horrified to hear about less severe human rights abuses in other countries in the news. Chris has had the legal status of a slave or Jew in Nazi-Germany. It is extremely disturbing that the US has engaged in the Soviet/Nazi practice of terrorizing people into turning on their friends & family members, and has coerced some of our best friends to cover-up the dehumanizing torture & attempted murder of an innocent “thought criminal,” (Chris) who criticized the Bush administration for its unprecedented suppression of science & totalitarian tactics used to deceive Americans. The fact that citizens in Iran and China have refused to remain silent, and spoken out against unjust abuses of political dissidents, but the US has effectively coerced some American friends/family members to remain silent about our abuse is very disturbing. Whether the US is simply more terrifying than these regimes, or Americans are ambivalent about state brutality, remains an open question, which we hope you will help answer. While it is possible that Chris is one of a handful of people subjected to such totalitarian cruelty due to his relationship w/ Pres. Bush’s anti-terror architects, but it’s just as likely that 100’s or 1000’s of innocent Americans have suffered abuse, which can only be escaped via suicide(and this is clearly by design).
The following are the most significant- and not very demanding- forms of assistance that you can provide:
1. Alert friends, family & media about our case, and request that they do the same (direct to Chris’ blog http://paraconstitutionalexile.blogspot.com, where manuscript is updated every day)
2. Sign the attached petition, and fax and/or email (scanned copies) to as many of the political & media outlets as possible (it is very important that you send us a signed copy). Please request others to do the same.
3. Call your elected representatives & Pres. Obama’s office.
4. Please call Chris. If you are just discovering what has happened, this is obviously what a normal friend would do, especially given that the US has aggressively enforced a “communicative Gulag,” which has been emotionally devastating, and denied Chris the support & contact, essential for human well-being (either at his mother’s 763-550-XXXX or cell: 510-393-8XXX)
Given that- according to the quantitative & qualitative analysis of communications- it is an irrefutable fact that our communications our aggressively filtered/intercepted (and even spoofed), any email will be assumed to be fraudulent unless it is accompanied by a phone call (see analysis for proof).
We would surely come to your aid if you were in such a desperate predicament, and hope our lives are worth the few minutes necessary to make a big difference. We were all raised to believe that we had inalienable rights and that no one was above (or below) the law. Our case proves this is no longer true. Your action can ensure that those who believe that “war powers” can be used to brutally dehumanize partisan enemies are not above the law, and that US citizens cannot be stripped of their rights for expressing the wrong opinions, and denied the right of Habeas Corpus because they obtained conclusive evidence of their abuse.

I require immediate legal representation for the unprecedented US-authorized brutality that I have endured (2006-present) while being deprived of my fundamental legal rights (e.g. legal representation; Constitutional, human & property rights) in retaliation for my political writings when I was a UC-Berkeley PhD. candidate & colleague of Pres. Bush’s anti-terror strategic & legal “architects,” who were responsible for the invention (& operational use) of unprecedented executive powers, revealed Pres. Bush’s “secret legal memos” (declassified on 3/2/09). Indeed, I was the first person (on Earth) to accurately deduce (in 2008) that Pres. Bush had been claiming dictatorial power to authorize US military attacks on innocent US citizens- reclassified as the legal equivalent of “invading army” members, if their political speech undermined the “war on terror.” My undeniably miraculous predictions were based on my being a victim of the most brutal non-investigatory, covert military operation in US history. Indeed, thanks to my colleagues at the academic Mecca of the “free speech movement,” I suffered the most brutal attack on academic freedom and “free speech” in US history.
My unprecedented allegations (of US-authorized brutality) are supported by unequivocal evidence, which explains why the USDOJ destroyed evidence (confirmed by postal receipt 1/21/09), and all US entities have refused to acknowledge receipt of my subsequent communications (hundreds of letters w/ additional evidence). In addition to desecrating the letter & spirit of the US Constitution & international law, the US’ continued refusal to recognize my legal status as a human-being is clearly intended to cover-up US brutality of innocent Americans (100’s or 10,000?), and reveals the US intentions are unambiguously hostile, and my life is in grave danger. The US continues to subject me to inhumane conditions, which exceed the abuses of some refugees granted political asylum by the US government. For years, I have endured unimaginable cruel punishment for expressing my political views. Without immediate legal intervention, I will die- an innocent, dehumanized & humiliated person- in isolation, in order to protect US public servants & elected officials, who capriciously betrayed Americans’ trust, squandered US tax dollars on attempted murders & torture of partisan enemies. Before, I was only a promising academic. Now, because I can prove that the US brutally persecuted me because of my beliefs, the future of American democracy- and thus the world- is contingent upon my future. A single case like mine precludes the possibility of a constitutional democracy. The two are mutually exclusive. Pres. Obama must either restore the democratic rule of law, or continue reigning as US dictator, a position created during America’s First Reich, reined over by Chancellor G. W. Below is a letter to several media outlets, which illustrates that the Bush administration’s aggressive domestic use of US military (esp. strategic manipulation of communications) had a profound influence on the 2008 election results (e.g. prevented GOP catastrophe). Indeed, given the continued aggressive & sophisticated form of censorship & manipulation of information flows, it’s unclear whether there is still civilian control over the US military/intelligence, or vice-versa.
I apologize for not being easier to exterminate as was the obvious intention of the Bush administration Nazis. No US or elected official has responded since the USDOJ destroyed copious evidence of unprecedented abuse, which was confirmed received on 1/21/09 (after which it was vaporized from US records, as illustrated in book). I believe all empirical indicators of totalitarian dictatorships have been documented as in full-force in the USA, though this has not been discussed on the “reality democracy show,” broadcast for the public’s amusement.
Since 2006, I’ve survived an incomprehensible totalitarian hell every single day, with the legal status of a slave, for my apparently unforgiveable thought-crimes. My only two options were death or to endure more horrific injustice & suffering, for the decadent amusement of the sadistic “untouchable” elite in the Bush administration, who have proven that they can literally enslave & torture an innocent person, and terrorize & destroy bi-partisan families with US tax dollars, and never fear the law would apply to them.
What is off limits for the US executive now? Sex-slave children in the White House, perhaps is still something that is morally & legally unacceptable, everything is fair game & subsidized by US taxpayers.
The US routinely grants people political asylum, who escaped conditions far superior than the US continues to inflict upon me & my family. There’s no historical precedent where a person’s abuse became so severe that the US decided it became a national security risk, justifying an American’s permanent erasure as a human being…obviously a hindrance to my upcoming political campaign for elected office.

I am a UC-Berkeley political scientist (on leave), and writing to both inform you that my analysis of a sophisticated form of US censorship that you are likely unaware (i.e. US strategic interception of communications to media) has produced extremely troubling (& virtually conclusive) results, given that a functional democracy depends on the “freedom of the press,” the free flow of information, and the right to “free speech.” Indeed, the US election results in 2008 were significantly skewed (to the GOP’s benefit). I wish to re-test my findings on a broader population of media outlets. Please read below. Your responses (& non-responses) will be analyzed quantitatively & qualitatively.
My evidence conclusively demonstrates that both the Bush & Obama administrations have secretly claimed extraordinary executive “war powers” to execute & cover-up (e.g. authorized the strategic interception of communications-fax/email/letters- sent to the media, members of Congress, civil society organizations & possibly the US. Dept. of Justice) the most brutal US covert “dirty tricks” operations , targeting non-violent partisan enemies, in US history. First, I will briefly summarize the results from my qualitative & quantitative analysis. The substantive story being censored is effectively denying US taxpayers & voters the opportunity to make informed choices about whether the US government is faithfully honoring its most fundamental responsibilities to citizens; namely, whether US leaders’ primary commitment is to protect citizens from external enemies & respecting the fundamental rights of citizens & sacrosanct principles, enshrined in the US Constitution. My evidence unequivocally shows that the Bush administration squandered US tax dollars & anti-terror resources on covert operations targeting a Democratic academic at UC-Berkeley (i.e. the “free speech” university), who was not suspected of posing any threat whatsoever- because of his political criticism of the Bush administration’s use of totalitarian practices, including the unprecedented suppression (& politicization) of science. The targeted Democrat’s career, friendships, health, and bi-partisan family were brutally destroyed with the unrestrained totalitarian lawlessness used to eliminate “impure” citizens (racial or ideological) by Nazi-Germany & communist regimes. It is unlikely this was an isolated case.
. Though it is unclear why the Obama administration continued the covert operation & brutally mistreated a lifelong Democrat (e.g. “black operation” hidden from Pres. Obama or attempt to protect US public servants & officials from serious criminal charges), this has, undeniably, occurred.
First, my quantitative & qualitative analysis reveals that the Bush & Obama administrations have claimed extraordinary executive powers & used US military resources (i.e. US tax dollars) to intercept communications intended for the media & Congress (i.e. censorship), in order to conceal US officials’ use of anti-terror powers in a manner that would “shock the conscience” of 99.9% of Americans. Indeed, the US has covertly engaged in the following practices used by totalitarian dictatorships to crush dissent, manipulate public perception, and circumvent legislative & judicial checks on dictatorial power): partisan blacklisting that stripped innocent Americans of all their legal rights (Constitutional, property & human), just as Nazi-Germany did to Jews, and Communist regimes vis-à-vis individuals (i.e. permanently denying victims the right to legally challenge their abuse). Thus, US security & intelligence was (& is) used to subject innocent Americans to unimaginable abuses & suffering, which could only be escaped via death. The Bush administration executed “Ideological cleansing” of universities; partisan enemies attacked w/ operations intended to terrorize, discredit, (punitive) torture tactics, humiliate, starve, frame as criminal, harm with medical abuse (or denial of care); “war on terror” powers were used to confiscate (destroy) private property; witnesses confirmed acts, constituted attempted murder; offensive cyber-warfare destroyed evidence & prevented dissemination of evidence (esp. before 2008 election); total surveillance (unrestrained by privacy rights); secret police penetrated & corrupted the most sacred spheres, instilled fear of government in (alienated) individuals (e.g. inducing friend/family/doctors/colleagues to participate in- & conceal- the abuse of each other, via coercion/rewards/deception).
Second, the methodology to determine the degree of US censorship (i.e. interception of communications to media, Congress, non-governmental organizations), in a nutshell, is based upon an uncontroversial assumption, and involves two simple steps:
Uncontroversial assumption: given the strength of evidence (e.g. irrefutable), any media outlet receiving the communications would jump at chance to be 1st to scoop unprecedented abuses of executive power (e.g. more egregious than violations leading to impeachment hearings of Clinton & Nixon, and illegal COINTELPRO by Hoover’s FBI). Thus, non-responses to such evidence are- prima facie- signs of US censorship, though- given US Supreme Court legal precedent in the Pentagon Papers case (i.e. found the Nixon Administration’s injunctions against media publication unconstitutional, b/c failure to meet heavy burden of proof required for - prior restraint), the mode of censorship is more likely interception of outgoing message to media outlets.
1. Step 1: send irrefutable (i.e. unequivocal) evidence of serious abuses listed above (e.g. USDOJ destruction of evidence, forged documents, death threats, sub-human legal status of innocent American, etc.).
2. Step 2: analyzing media outlets’ responses & non-responses to evidence of unprecedented US abuse of citizens in retaliation for their political beliefs. The content of responses can be qualitatively analyzed along several dimensions. After qualitatively analyzing responses, a quantitative analysis of non-response rates & types of responses can be performed.
Although the evidence of US censorship is already so strong that it can virtually be considered an empirical fact (e.g. nearly 100% non-response rate to 100’s of communications, since Jan. 2009- to US executive, elected officials in Congress & state legislatures, media, family/friends, corporations, NGO’s), I have sent this round of empirical tests to a broader population of media outlets, and addressed this message to media outlets, exclusively.
Americans opinions about candidates, parties, and US policies would be significantly affected by published revelations of the above. Thus, Bush administration’s extremely aggressive use of the US military for domestic operations, significantly affected the 2008 election results (i.e. prevented a GOP catastrophe). Given the evidence strongly suggests that the US military & intelligence community are covertly manipulating the democratic process, media, and public opinion (e.g. 100% non-response rate to hundreds of communications), while preserving the illusion of civilian control of the military. Virtually all empirical indicators of totalitarian dictatorships have been documented (an impossibility in a genuine democracy), and citizens are being denied the information necessary to reverse this ominous deepening of fascist rule & erosion of core democratic institutions & norms.
Indeed, while I personally concur with the Obama administration’s recent criticism of Fox News as a thinly veiled propaganda arm of the right-wing elite, my evidence strongly suggests that the Obama administration has continued the Bush administration’s aggressive strategic manipulation of information flows (to Congress) & censorship of the (no longer) “free press,” is severely perverting the democratic process, and perpetuating the brutal annihilation of an unknown number of innocent Americans, while covering up the crimes of elite “untouchable” US officials, who capriciously diverted US tax dollars & anti-terror resources to attack bi-partisan families. The Obama administration continues to deprive a brutalized lifelong Democrat of his fundamental rights (e.g. right to legal representation), as the 1st “White Slave” of the US government, whose only apparent options are death as a humiliated Orwellian “Un-Person,” prolonged suffering in dehumanizing isolation, or unskilled (black market) agricultural work, like intellectuals in Pol Pot’s Cambodia, and during Mao’s “Cultural Revolution” in Communist China.

1. Given the above, all non-responses will be coded as involuntary, and an indicator of US censorship pre-emptive censorship (i.e. interception of communications to Congress & the media, rather than injunction of prior restraint of information received).

Here’s my 312pg.10/20/2009 manuscript. If Pres. Obama & Attorney General Holder are not too busy shining shoes of Cheney & Rumsfeld, my book documents the most horrific abuse of power & free speech in US history…enough to make Hoover look like a sissy. I’ll tally up how many Americans will never trust their government again after being coerced by the new US Gestapo, which attacks citizens, and turns friends & family against each other. I’d love to know how many US tax dollars & anti-terror resources have been expended on brutally dehumanizing & humiliating a frickin’ graduate student in the last 4 years. Seems to me there’s two wars and omnipresent threat of “mushroom cloud.” Who are the psychopaths who felt the US taxpayer would love squander all the resources to eviscerate the life of a critic, who was never suspected of a damn thing. Same people that lied their way into the Iraq War? I haven’t talked to my goddamn family or friend in half a year for the sake of “national security” and the well functioning American freedom & liberty censorship Gulag.” The latest manuscript update includes juicy details of just one of the several doctors, which became strategic allies in war on dehumanizing me…the real Death Panels of the Obama administration. In addition, I blew up the concrete evidence of the Obama administrations USDOJ just destroyed evidence of US brutality vs. an innocent person, which I recall is much more severe than Pres. Clinton’s peccadillos regarding perjury. Not that the law seems to matter much these days, now that evidence that would make Hoover blush, can just be erased from the US records. Law is there for decoration, right shoe shine boys?
Although I would greatly appreciate it if an intelligent person would halt this Orwellian waste of US tax dollars, fire the idiot, who felt it was a good idea to spend years trying to kill, discredit, humiliate a perfectly pragmatic person whose ideas are no different than those of Pres. Obama, apparently the US is committed to devoting decades to terrorizing any number of Americans necessary to cover-up a covert “cleansing” operation as brutal as those conducted in the most brutal regimes (at least those w/ half-witted leaders). Alas, I’ll summarize the major highlights of the most brutal non-investigatory covert military operation to destroy the life of an innocent academic in US history. I’ve attached letters that I’ve sent to sane people or organizations who might provide some moral leadership inside & outside this country, who recall what a democracy is, and what happens when you start attacking citizens with the US military & security apparatus (e.g. many citizens who’ve been coerced to violate their conscience & harm another will never feel safe in the US again).
1. I was the only analyst to document Pres. Bush’s use of unprecedented powers justified in “secret legal memos,” before they were declassified on 3/2/09 (e.g. suspension of 1st & 4th Amendments, domestic use of military, treat US citizens as legal equivalent of “invading army”)
2. US (on-going) abuses are much more egregious than those hinted at (as “possible”) in the House Judiciary Committee Report (1/13/2009), “Reining in the Imperial Presidency: Lessons and Recommendations Relating to the Presidency of George W. Bush,” which refers to possible 1st Amendment violations & “blacklists” of political critics of GOP (e.g. unlike McCarthy-era’s anti-communist “blacklists,” Tucker criticized Bush administration for Stalinist suppression of science), but in fact, I show that US security/intelligence abuses exceeded “worst case” scenarios, suggested in this Congressional report (which preceded declassification of “secret legal memos” justifying unlimited executive power):
3. I’ve endured abuses, identical to those my PhD.-advisor, Prof. Ernst Haas suffered in Nazi-Germany (w/ all Jews) & dissidents suffer in USSR/China.
4. I’ve been victimized by all the "dirty tricks" (declared illegal by US Senate Judiciary/”Church” Committee in 1970’s), used by Hoover’s FBI including: infiltration, burglaries, illegal wiretaps, planting forged documents and spreading false rumors, inciting violence and arranging MURDER, yes ATTEMPTED MURDER (e.g. pre-meditated & coordinated acts would have killed me, if I had not partially foiled operations), & torture tactics (not used by Hoover’s FBI).
5. US taxpayers’ families’ “blacklisted,” attacked, terrorized, financially punished, & denied basic legal rights to challenge abuses (e.g. my academic careers destroyed; my GOP parents’ family has been destroyed & my mother’s been forced to pay $40,000 to keep me alive, after my blacklisting)

Given irrefutable evidence that I have no Constitutional rights, human rights, property rights, and was threatened to destroy evidence by US agent, and warned that I should go work on a farm, I suppose Pres. Obama could inform me, which plantation owns me & where I will be picking cotton, if he’s not too busy condemning other countries for human rights violations or discussing his Nobel Peace Prize.
By all my empirical measures, the US ceased being a genuine democracy a few years ago, and amongst non-democracies, is slightly less respectful of the rule of law, and less transparent than Iran, which also has a ‘talking shop’ of elected officials, who manage issues that the supreme overlords do not disturb. Iran has a press, allows some free speech, but everything depends on the whims of the unaccountable overlords, and secret police, who are less efficient at censorship than the US. Democracies are allowed to brutally dehumanize & coerce cooperation of family members of zero citizens per year. The US is way over the quota, and only known democracy to have engaged in activity documented here.
Is it not torture or attempted murder if you can’t hear the screams & the brutality is censored?
It seems my dreams of running for office someday have been covertly quashed. It is a tragic irony that despite having the same beliefs as Pres. Obama, I end up a slave- legally- and he’s elected president. Who is the new Hoover who has amassed the power to cover up textbook extermination practices, imported from the Nazis? My parents may not have voted for the GOP ticket if they knew it meant their family would be destroyed by the US military, and they would still be forced to pay taxes for their own son’s extermination. Perhaps, voters should be kept appraised of which party exterminates ideological enemies….

You would certainly not have awarded Pres. Obama the Nobel Peace Prize if you had not been prevented from learning (by US military) about the brutal human rights abuses that I (& other Americans?) have suffered since he took office in retaliation for my published (& unpublished) political criticism of the Bush administration’s unprecedented use of totalitarian practices, such as its suppression- and politicization- of science.
However strange it is to hear an American making such allegations, the fact that I voted for Pres. Obama, will certainly bewilder you. The irrefutable truth is that the Obama administration merely continued to execute & cover-up the most brutal covert non-investigatory operation (to discredit, humiliate, dehumanize & exterminate me) against an academic- or political critic- in US history, which the Bush administration had authorized several years before Pres. Obama’s term began. It is a tragic irony that Pres. Obama was elected president, and I was given a sub-human legal status (no different than black American slaves), and brutally dehumanized, though our beliefs & criticism of the Bush administration’s agenda was virtually identical.
While it is unclear whether Pres. Obama was deceived, blackmailed, or pressured by powerful actors, it is an undeniable fact that I continued to endure abuse, constituting torture (if not attempted murder), and denied my rights as a human being- let alone US citizen- since Jan. 20, 2009 when Pres. Obama’s term began. The US has utilized against me, the same covert practices that the Chinese communist regime’s used to terrorize & detain Gao Zhisheng & his family in “unofficial home captivity” like a modern-day Anne Frank (see story about China’s abuse of Nobel Peace Prize nominee & human rights lawyer, “Family Of Chinese Activist Lawyer Escapes To U.S”). Indeed, after having my reputation, dignity, academic career, friendships, family and health, brutally destroyed since 2006, I write you from a high-tech “communicative Gulag,” virtually certain that my email to you will be intercepted by the Obama administration’s censors & “secret police.” The fact that Gao Zhisheng’s family was able to escape China & obtain asylum in the US at the same time I was prevented from escaping the same brutal forms of oppression, which caused his daughter to attempt suicide and his family to flee the country. As indicated by my qualitative & quantitative analysis of my communications (see my 10/13/09 manuscript draft w/ links to 100’s of pages of irrefutable evidence), the US has not only communicatively isolated me from all my best friends, my family, legal representatives, elected officials, but is also intercepting my communications to the media, and thereby influencing political outcomes & manipulate public perception (i.e. the media, Congress, US taxpayers, voters, and soldiers are being kept unaware that US is brutally destroying the lives of innocent citizens).
The gods of fortune apparently have a sadistic sense of humor. Like a woman, who is permanently stripped of her humanity by female circumcision, or military gang rapes, and then re-victimized by a corrupt legal system & society that stones rape-victims to death, the Bush administration attacked me with the most brutal, dehumanizing assault on an academic in US history in retaliation for my criticism of its unprecedented suppression of speech (of scientists). And when I used the scientific method to unequivocally link the covertly concealed abuses to top Bush administration officials, the brutality of my abuse only escalated. Indeed, like my PhD. advisor, Prof. Ernst Haas, a German-Jew, who escaped to the US after being victimized by Nazi-Germany (1933-38), my dissertation research into the EU’s peaceful integration & cooperative governance was terminated & I was victimized in an identical manner by the Bush administration that had secretly claimed totalitarian power to treat citizens as (sub-human) “enemies” because of their speech. While Nobel Peace Prize nominee, Gao Zhisheng, was offered asylum in the US, after escaping China’s brutal methods of suppression that were similar to the methods of persecution in Communist Romania, described in the writings of the Nobel Prize for Literature winner, a German-speaking Romanian, just like my best friend from UC-Berkeley, who also escaped Romania, and now teaches at Princeton. Perversely, the US government subjected me to the identical abuses that dissidents/Jews suffered in the totalitarian regimes these people fled, and though I should have died in March 2008, I miraculously survived until the candidate I supported since 2006 took office in Jan. 2009.
Naturally, I assumed the first black US president- who not only shared my values, but knew the horrific evils that African-Americans suffered as sub-humans- would provide the justice that I had been so aggressively denied for three years. Alas, my hopes were quashed, and the new Nobel Peace Prize winner’s administration continues to deny my legal status as a human-being, and subject me to abuses that the aforementioned Nobel Peace Prize winner suffered in China before he escaped to the “land of freedom,” and ignore my pleas for justice, just like the cries of black Americans were ignored for centuries. The evidence is irrefutable that I write you from a “communicative Gulag,” as a sub-human Orwellian “Un-person”- stripped of the most fundamental pillars of my humanity (i.e. legal, human, property rights, my career, family, friendships, reputation, participation in society/economy & erased from the social memory), not because I committed some unspeakable crime, but because I had the perspicuity & courage to warn Americans & Europeans about that the Bush administration was taking the US on a suicidal path towards fascism, and then because I documented my abuse once I realized that we were already there. Indeed, it appears my biggest offense was refusing to be tortured & exterminated in silence by the putative champions of “freedom, liberty, and democracy.” In the extremely unlikely case this letter makes it past the US military censors, then I humbly suggest that the next time you choose a Nobel Peace Prize recipient, you confirm that his/her pacific rhetoric is matched the actions, one expects of a Nelson Mandela(see my letter to Nelson Mandela Memory Foundation), or Gandhi, who would never have authorized the extermination of a brutalized citizen, like a rat or insect.

6. I was the only analyst to document Pres. Bush’s use of unprecedented powers justified in “secret legal memos,” before they were declassified on 3/2/09 (e.g. suspension of 1st & 4th Amendments, domestic use of military, treat US citizens as legal equivalent of “invading army”)

US (on-going) abuses are much more egregious than those hinted at (as “possible”) in the House Judiciary Committee Report (1/13/2009), “Reining in the Imperial Presidency: Lessons and Recommendations Relating to the Presidency of George W. Bush,” which refers to possible 1st Amendment violations & “blacklists” of political critics of GOP (e.g. unlike McCarthy-era’s anti-communist “blacklists,” Tucker criticized Bush administration for Stalinist suppression of science), but in fact, I show that US security/intelligence abuses exceeded “worst case” scenarios, suggested in this Congressional report (which preceded declassification of “secret legal memos” justifying unlimited executive power):
8. I’ve endured abuses, identical to those my PhD.-advisor, Prof. Ernst Haas suffered in Nazi-Germany (w/ all Jews) & dissidents suffer in USSR/China.
9. I’ve been victimized by all the "dirty tricks" (declared illegal by US Senate Judiciary/”Church” Committee in 1970’s), used by Hoover’s FBI including: infiltration, burglaries, illegal wiretaps, planting forged documents and spreading false rumors, inciting violence and arranging MURDER, yes ATTEMPTED MURDER (e.g. pre-meditated & coordinated acts would have killed me, if I had not partially foiled operations), & torture tactics (not used by Hoover’s FBI).
10. US taxpayers’ families’ “blacklisted,” attacked, terrorized, financially punished, & denied basic legal rights to challenge abuses (e.g. my academic careers destroyed; my GOP parents’ family has been destroyed & my mother’s been forced to pay $40,000 to keep me alive, after my blacklisting)
11. US Anti-Terror powers use to crush union activity (e.g. UAW coerced to cease representing me when I was illegally purged from my UC-Berkeley teaching job)
12. Brutal dehumanizing abuse & coerced social isolation from family & friends: in addition to denying my legal status as a human being (i.e. Orwellian “Un-person”), destroying my reputation (academic & personal defamation), illegally depleting my financial resources, and subjecting me to horrific abuses, (e.g. coercing doctors to mistreat me, fabricate discrediting records; malnutrition, death threats to destroy evidence of my abuse), the US has aggressively denied me (via legal coercion & control over communications) the most important aspect of being human, family and friendships. My best friends & entire family (except one member who’s donated housing/food) have been coerced to cease (or technically prevented from) cease communicating with me since the spring of 2009. Terrorist detainees are not stripped of every aspect of their humanity, but I have (e.g. career, legal/property rights, social memory/reputation, friends/family, health, medical care, food, employment). I’ve survived as an Orwellian “Un-person” like Anne Frank delayed her extermination (hiding & donated food/housing).
13. Unknown extent of individualized totalitarianism: by disingenuously classifying Americans as “enemies,” an unknown number of citizens have been subjected to horrifying existence in a totalitarian “para-constitutional exile,” while the US executive circumvents democratic & public accountability (judiciary, Congressional oversight, media), and coercively penetrate the most sacred/personal spheres of American’s life (e.g. medical, family) with impunity. Indeed, the US has effectively- albeit unofficially- “detained” me in “home captivity” with cutting-edge practices that communist China uses to suppress dissidents (e.g. my case is virtually same as, human-rights lawyer, Gao Zhisheng, “Family Of Chinese Activist Lawyer Escapes To U.S.,” 3/16/2009).
14. US anti-terror capacity is being used for censorship, to influence political outcomes & manipulate public perception (e.g. intercepting evidence & silencing witnesses of US abuse). Despite hundreds of letters w/ irrefutable evidence (see blog & manuscript for communication logs) since 2008, to media, elected officials (DEM & GOP), USDOJ, Pres. Obama & US security & intelligence agencies, the UN, & several Inspectors General (USDOJ & CIA), the only single response to my specific allegations & evidence came from the CIA, which once had the local police in Plymouth, MN, check to see if I had starved to death yet! Indeed, 99.9% of Americans would oppose such abuses, and would not likely elect officials who use their tax dollars to brutally destroy their own family (instead of protecting them)!
Although it seems not a single person has accessed my manuscript, I would appreciate any feedback. A good portion of 3.5 years of evidence still needs to be processed. In particular, I would appreciate: 1) confirmation that you received this (e.g. email cannot be trusted, but is better than nothing), 2) empirical/conceptual points needing clarification, and 3) any political or legal help getting my life/rights restored before I die from deprivation.
If US Presidents can subject citizens to the same non-investigatory brutal, inhumane abuses as totalitarian dictatorships with impunity without judicial or Congressional oversight or public discussion, then the US is no longer a genuine democracy (i.e. civilian control of military, “rule of law”), but slid fast down the path towards fascism, which will accelerate now that the responsible Bush administration officials have learned that they can get away with the most un-American abuses for the most un-American reasons, and the patsy Democrats will cover-up the GOP crimes. At present, the US President can brutally destroy the lives of innocent citizens, families, and American communities, with impunity. The single betrayal that Americans will not tolerate from their elected official is a private, consensual affair, which- in contrast to exterminating innocent Americans- is an impeachable offense. And the ACLU won’t (or is prohibited from) represent me, but with Judith Miller’s old New York Times is fighting for the “free speech” right to feed Americans’ insatiable demand for more sadistic cruelty. I am writing you because Nelson Mandela is my hero, the most inspiring living political leader, and to request your assistance in a struggle to have my human rights honored and my humanity recognized (see draft 10/07/2009 Manuscript Draft, updated daily on by blog, http://paraconstitutionalexile.blogspot.com). You will no doubt be shocked to discover- as I was- that I am an American who- like black South Africans were- has been stripped of my legal status as a human being because of my outspoken criticism of Pres. Bush’s totalitarian practices & violations of core democratic norms. I do not know how many Americans were subjected to cruel, dehumanizing abuses that animals are protected from, but I have suffered since 2006 without any recourse to law or reason.
When I was an academic colleague of Pres. Bush’s anti-terror “architects” at UC-Berkeley, I taught many college students about South Africa’s Apartheid system & democratization, as a PhD. student assistant for Prof. Robert M. Price , author of (1990) The Apartheid State in Crisis: Political Transformation of South Africa, 1975-1990 (UC-Berkeley research page link). Thus, it is a tragic irony that after speaking up for the disempowered my whole life, and teaching Americans about the Bantu Education Act (i.e. education system to channel non-whites to the unskilled labor & indoctrinate them to accept racist system), that the Bush administration used secret anti-terror powers to covertly terminate my PhD. training at UC-Berkeley, sabotaged my reputation & “blacklisted” me from employment (& all forms of government assistance), using “war powers” to prevent me from tutoring poor black youth at Malcolm X Elementary School in 2007 & 2008 (link to letters to Professional Tutors of America). After teaching Americans about the end of white domination, the inspiring story of the ANC’s victory, and anticipating the election of the first black US president, I was suffering the brutal, systematic humiliating dismantling of my humanity & freedom, which blacks had struggled so long to obtain, not because of my color, but because of my partisan beliefs. I was denied union/legal representation. I suffered violence, death threats, malnutrition, medical abuse, destruction of my property, and destruction of my reputation to colleagues, friends & even family. I was never charged or suspected of crimes, but like blacks in S. Africa, the law & US state security were used as weapons of annihilation. Despite the fact that I’ve been a lifelong Democrat and supporter of Pres. Obama, my hopes have been destroyed that my rights & humanity would be restored once he came to power. Apparently, protecting the powerful from embarrassment is more important than restoring my rights or allowing me to participate in society or the economy. I’ve survived on donated food/housing of the lone family member I’ve been able to speak with. All my friends & family have been threatened or otherwise prevented from speaking with me, in order to continue covering up the anti-democratic brutality, which I am documenting in a book, which it seems nobody will be allowed to read, unless something changes. While not physically imprisoned, I’ve been stripped of the most important aspects of my humanity (legal rights or protections from government abuse, career, property, reputation/social memory, family/friends), and have no reason to expect to survive (because I can prove US officials engaged in unthinkable abuses), and when I am finally exterminated, most will believe the fabricated lies, and the few who know the truth are forbidden from speaking about it. In short, I am what George Orwell termed an “Un-person,” insofar as I have been erased from the historical record/memory, and it is a thoughtcrime for anyone who knows the truth about my abuse, to speak about it.
I am just a single man and do not mean to imply my suffering is comparable to that of an entire population or race. I simply do not know where to turn, or how to maintain hope the way that Mr. Mandela did, during all those years as a political prisoner. After being powerless to stop the destruction of my life, humanity and even my memory in the minds of those I cared about, I have longed for the solidarity of others who’ve experienced such inhumane cruelty, which does not “officially” exist in America, but you can see is very real, if you’re able to access my blog or my manuscript. The fact that Americans do not even believe it is possible to be blacklisted & brutally mistreated has made my struggle for survival & justice all the more alienating, and- in addition to the aggressive filtering of my communications- deprived me of the emotional/psychological solidarity of collective struggles like yours. I do not even think my family knows what has happened to me, and thus, there is not a single person that is mourning my disappearance, or fighting to liberate me from this cruel, inhuman, “unofficial home captivity.”
I would appreciate any political or legal assistance that your organization can provide. There is no indication that I should remain hopeful, but I cannot give up my desire to live, and see no alternative to fighting for survival and justice for myself and for any other victims of this cruel punishment. My greatest joy in life was learning & teaching, but learning in isolation without any human relationships is scarcely better than death. I would like to obtain political asylum in a country where I can build a life without fear of government tyranny, but given the effort invested into keeping American’s new covert, individually-tailored, totalitarianism secret from the public, I cannot imagine that I would be allowed to leave the country, even if I had any resources. At a minimum, it would be comforting to know that someone in the world knew my story, and your organization is certainly cognizant of the important linkages between Memory & social justice.

Indeed, I document that I have suffered in past 8 years all (or nearly all) the abuses of Americans committed during J. Edgar Hoover’s COINTELPRO covert "dirty tricks" operations (1956-1971), which the US Senate Church Committee declared illegal and contrary to the Constitution, including: infiltration, burglaries, illegal wiretaps, planting forged documents and spreading false rumors, inciting violence and arranging murders.
According to my qualitative & quantitative analysis, US security/intelligence is intercepting evidence of crimes sent to Congress & the media, which seems fitting given the Supreme Court’s most important free speech case this term (October 7, 2009, “Court Hears Free-Speech Case on Dogfight Videos”).

I can confirm that my evidence is unequivocal, which is one of the many benefits of having “faith” in the scientific method, rather than some sociopath’s stern threats, even if he/she happens to be a US (vice-) president, Sec. of Defense, etc.
